GT 值对煤泥水絮凝沉降效果的影响

Effect of GT value on flocculation and sedimentation of slime water

摘要:

针对内蒙古国源公司选煤厂煤泥水高泥化、难沉降的特点, 在优化投加药剂方案的基础上, 研究了不同煤泥水浓度下GT值对絮凝沉降效果的影响规律。研究结果表明: 当煤泥水浓度不同时, 投药量也不同。针对某一特定浓度的煤泥水, 随着GT 值的改变, 其絮凝沉降效果亦出现明显差异, GT值过高, 会破坏絮团的形成过程, 对于本次试验对象最佳GT值应在3700左右。

Abstract:

In the process of flocculation and sedimentation of slime water, there are many influencing factors. This paper mainly studies the influence of GT value on flocculation and sedimentation effect under different concentrations of slime water. The results show that the dosage of coal slurry is different when the concentration of coal slurry is different. For a certain concentration of slime water, with the change of GT value, the flocculation and sedimentation effect also shows obvious difference. GT value should not be too high, otherwise the formation process of floc will be destroyed. For this test object, the best GT value should be around 3700.
